since 1997 and is the Sarah C. Upham Professor of Gastroenterology at New York Medical College.

He has lectured and published extensively but thrives most on interacting with patients and families.
Amongst his areas of clinical focus are liver diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, biliary and
pancreatic endoscopy, and advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
